To ensure a smooth and effective landscaping operation, we kindly request your cooperation in making the necessary preparations. As always, please follow the following tips:

1. Protect Personal Items: Before the scheduled date, please secure and relocate any personal items, such as outdoor furniture, decorations, or gardening tools, children's toys, etc. to avoid any interference with the landscaping work.

2. Clear Green Areas: Ensure that the green areas near your property are clear and accessible so that our landscaping company can perform their tasks efficiently.

3. Clear any bulk items from your grass area during these dates.

4. IRRIGATE your lawns -please ensure you use your lawn sprinkler pumps during this dry season. The grass has to be maintained. You may have 2 sprinkler units - 1 for the home, 1 for the sprinkler. Be sure your sprinkler is working, and if it is not, please contact the city to get your account activated for you.

If you are a neighbor in our section you can reserve the Clubhouse for an event. Reserving the Clubhouse is on a “first come, first served” basis. Only owners may do it, for themselves or their renters. Owners photo ID must be presented. An Agreement needs to be completed and signed by the Reservation Committee Chairperson or other authorized representative of Section Six. You can read more, and find the agreement here.
